green river

The project aim was to create a context for communication with the residents of Biella (Italy). Installation was made from natural materials (wood, plants) in the form of a green river. City of Biella was established on the Cervo River.

The river is very clean and it used to be a source of energy for many textile mills in Biella. During the show, I asked visitors to formulate a sentence about theriver, which characterizes their attitude towards it. The project took part botanical garden, «Oropa» (Biella, Italy). They provided the project plant, which imitated the algae and made a presentation of the Botanical Gardens.
